- maximum of 1 adult dog (2 years old or older)
- maximum weight: 30 pounds
- proof of current vaccinations
- pet rent: $45/month
- additional security deposit: $600-$2,000 (depending on breed, age, and other factors)
- pet references required
- renter's insurance required - must include liability insurance for pet
CATS
- cats are not allowed (indoor as well as outdoor)
OTHER
- fish, birds, reptiles limited to 1 cage or aquarium
